Driving Directions to DRC  Putnam Office

FROM ARMONK

Take 684N to I-84.  Take I-84 West (towards Newburgh) to Exit 18 (Lake Carmel/Patterson/ Route 311).  At bottom of off-ramp, make a LEFT onto Route 311. Stay on Route 311 until it ends (about 1 mile).  Turn LEFT onto Route 52 and travel about 3 miles. Continue on Route 52 (aka Gleneida Avenue) past the traffic light that intersects with Route 301.  34 Gleneida Avenue (a two-story red brick building) is the THIRD building on the left from that intersection. There is a sign in front of the building, “Putnam County Offices.” The building is between George’s Place and the VFW.   

FROM GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE:

Follow Henry Hudson Parkway  (UPSTATE) to Saw Mill River Parkway.Take Saw Mill River Parkway onto I-684N.  Take I-684N to I-84W.  Take I-84 West (towards Newburgh) to Exit 18 (Lake Carmel/Patterson/Route 311).  At the bottom of the off-ramp, make a LEFT onto Route 311. Stay on Route 311 until it ends (about 1 mile).  Turn LEFT onto Route 52 and travel about 3 miles. FROM TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE:

After crossing Tappan Zee Bridge, get into extreme right lane.  Get onto the Saw Mill River Parkway NORTH. Take Saw Mill River Parkway onto I-684N.  Take I-684N to I-84W.  Take I-84 WEST (towards Newburgh) to Exit 18 (Lake Carmel/Patterson/Route 311). At the bottom of the off-ramp, make a LEFT onto Route 311. Stay on Route 311 until it ends (about 1 mile).  Turn LEFT onto Route 52 and travel about  3 miles. 34 Gleneida Avenue (a two-story red brick building) is the THIRD building on the left from the traffic signal intersection of Route 301 and Route 52/Gleneida Avenue. We are on the second floor of the two-story brick building between George’s Place and the VFW. 

FROM THE BEACON-NEWBURGH BRIDGE
Take I-84E to exit 18 (Route 311/Patterson/Lake Carmel).
Turn RIGHT at the bottom of the ramp onto Route 311.
Stay on Route 311 until it ends (about 1 mile).
Turn LEFT onto Route 52 (towards Carmel).
