Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) respects your right to privacy and is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust.  We have created the following privacy policy to inform you about the ways in which we collect and use any personal information you provide to DRC.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include name, email address, phone number, etc. The information collected is used solely for communicating with the intended party. DRC is the sole owner of information collected and we do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third parties. 

When you choose to submit information to our site, or send us an e-mail, we may collect your name, address and other personal information.  This may include using the personal information to process donations, send you information you requested, and keep you informed.

Online donations are made through a safe, private and secure system that protects the individual’s personal information and is protected by password, firewall and other technologies.  Information that is requested to process these donations are maintained in a proprietary database and will be used to process the donation.

DRC publishes all donor names in the annual report unless otherwise indicated by the donor.
